Noisey The staff at the hotel were very accommodating, and I rated their service VERY SATISFIED. The main issue with this hotel is there must be absolutely NO SOUNDPROOFING between the floors. On our first night of our 3 night stay we were on the second floor and we could hear every step made by the parents and children in the room above us, and every jump the kids made. I wouldn't recommend this place. I booked on Expedia and didn't realize it was self sufficient hotel, which would have been fine if we were aware. Also didn't know double double meant a full size bed. I thought Double meant two people could fit into a bed. There was mouse dropping all over the counter and in the stove top pans. They had not cleaned the hotel before we arrived. Called down to the front desk and asked for cleaning supplies and they told me they had access to none. not Homestead Suites For over a year it has been Extended Stay and as usual they are a cut below others. The shower did not work in my room thought it had been redecorated and was comfortable and I had a separate bedroom so the noise of the refrigerator was not there. The heating and cooling did not work well as the room stayed hot in spite of the thermostat changes I made. It was hard to get into the motel as you could not turn into it coming from the West but had to go past a lite and turn around and come back. Overall OK ... read more

Not as advertised! This is a one star hotel. Room was tiny, smelled like smoke, had not been cleaned and there was a tremendous amount of long black human hair all over the shower! Forced to stay one night because we checked in to hotel and after noticing the condition of our hotel, contacted hotels.com to check-out and they said we would be 100% responsible for every night because we had already checked in. Breakfast was a joke! Granola bars and packaged muffins but they advertise a free breakfast!

Not for short term stays First thing to note, there are two Extended Stay Americas within one mile of each other in Malvern. Of course my GPS took me to the wrong one, and after unloading 4 people and 6 bags we discovered we were at the wrong hotel. Then there is the service... I booked this room for 3 nights and at check in was told that our room would only be cleaned once during our stay and asked when I would like it cleaned. Smelly Hotel was disappointing. The room smelled terrible. I had to get the air freshener from my car just so I could stand to be in the room. Breakfast was just muffins or oatmeal. Otherwise it was uneventful.

Disappointed So disappointed. a few major issues: At check-in they gave one of my double rooms away and I had to split my party into two separate rooms. At the "grab and go" breakfast - there was limited food: one orange, four packs of granola bars and 8 packs of oatmeal. When the front desk was asked if there was any more food, they responded: I'm not sure why there isn't any food.
