Convenient and cheap hotel not so cleanly The room was a nice size and had nice amenities however it was not very well cleaned. It seemed as if there was a spot job done. The fold out bed was dirty as well as the hallway a good sweeping and wipe down would have been good.

Roach-infested My room was crawling with roaches. It reeked of cigarettes. And the bathroom faucet leaked horribly.

You get what you pay for! The breakfast was limited to packaged muffins and granola bars. Would have been nice to have fresh bagels, muffins, fruit, and the ability to make waffles. Rooms were old looking and for a non-smoking hotel I smelled the smoke as soon as I entered my room. I guess you get what you pay for. I wouldn't stay here again.

Convenient-the only good thing I could say Hotel was outdated. Could use an update and better cleaning. Probably would not recommend this to friends. Breakfast was terrible. No creamers for coffee. Only flavored coffee mate. I prefer plain creamer without sugar. Only included packaged muffins (stale), granola bars and envelopes of oatmeal.

First and only stay here! Well the best thing I can say is the room was clean except for the dead flies on the windowsill. We had a few problems: no bedding for pullout couch, needed plungers and spoons and the staff couldn't help. Very frustrating! Also the breakfast was a joke, Just coffee/tea granola bar and muffin. Nothing for kids to drink and once it was gone it was not replenished. My daughter slept in and at 8:30a.m. there was nothing to eat. Never stay here again.

Clean and basic. The room was clean, functional, and everything we needed for two nights visiting family. The grab and go breakfast was coffee, packaged muffins and granola bars. No milk only coffee mate (not great for tea drinkers). The room had a range, microwave and a full sized fridge but to a cup, plate or piece of silverware to be seen. So the ad saying come home to a home cooked meal was a case of misleading advertising. A fine place to stay if you plan on eating out, but not great if you are trying to eat in the room... read more

Terrible hotel

NEVER EVER stay in this hotel or chain again The room was small, dirty, blood on sheets, NO sheets for second bed, hotel front desk woman was extremely impolite, unprofessional, discourteous, etc etc . The TV picture was full of SNOW, no staff response when I complained. The breakfast was not worth getting dressed for or worth the cheap rate. I could go on and on but I'm tired of writing. DON'T ever stay in an Extended Stay America if you value your health, children's health or sanity.

Roach-infested room I killed 20 roaches in my room. The bathroom faucet leaked so badly I had to keep the door closed in order to sleep. And the room reeked of cigarettes despite being in a non-smoking hotel. I'll never stay there again.
