You get what you pay for There was a broken freezer so no ice. No seperate ice maker on the property I was told to go to the gas station. There were people in the room above me that were very loud. When I reported this to the staff on duty they actually got louder. I was told I would have to move which I declined doing. The complimentary breakfast consisted of coffee that was depleted by 8:30 and instant oatmeal. There was no hot water to mix it with. The only good thing was the price , soI guess I got what I paid for.
Bed bugs!! Thought it was a great place until I got bed bug bites.
Cheap, unkempt hotel. First things first - every person I dealt with was incredibly professional & courteous - kudos to all. But, on the night I arrived I requested a 6:00 AM wake-up call the following morning, which I never received. Unknown if that was because late night staff not properly trained, or if someone dropped the ball, but the sum total = failure on the hotel's part. Since we are a non-smoking hotel, the hallways smelling like smoke as you described is unacceptable, and I sincerely apologize for your experience. In addition, the room should have absolutely been accommodated with shampoo. Did not understand how the hotel worked. You need to understand what how the basic system works. We were never told thus no change of towels; breakfast was a joke. For a few extra dollars saved the serevices were not available.
Both the hotel hallway and room was absolutely filthy.
Stay Away Carpet was old. Room smelled old too. There was water damage to the furniture. Room was vacant a long time because cobwebs were everywhere. No kitchen utensils or appliances at all. Will not stay there again.
Mixed feelings about this place. The staff was nice and friendly enough. The room size/cleanliness is good. However, the towels are really cheap and thin, there was only one toilet paper roll (no extras), no paper towels at all in the kitchen, no plates/cups/utensil - the drawers/cupboards were EMPTY.
