Clean and basic. The room was clean, functional, and everything we needed for two nights visiting family. The grab and go breakfast was coffee, packaged muffins and granola bars. No milk only coffee mate (not great for tea drinkers). The room had a range, microwave and a full sized fridge but to a cup, plate or piece of silverware to be seen. NEVER EVER stay in this hotel or chain again The room was small, dirty, blood on sheets, NO sheets for second bed, hotel front desk woman was extremely impolite, unprofessional, discourteous, etc etc . The TV picture was full of SNOW, no staff response when I complained. The breakfast was not worth getting dressed for or worth the cheap rate. I could go on and on but I'm tired of writing. DON'T ever stay in an Extended Stay America if you value your health, children's health or sanity.
Roach-infested room I killed 20 roaches in my room. The bathroom faucet leaked so badly I had to keep the door closed in order to sleep. And the room reeked of cigarettes despite being in a non-smoking hotel. I'll never stay there again.

You get what you pay for There was a broken freezer so no ice. No seperate ice maker on the property I was told to go to the gas station. There were people in the room above me that were very loud. When I reported this to the staff on duty they actually got louder. I was told I would have to move which I declined doing. The complimentary breakfast consisted of coffee that was depleted by 8:30 and instant oatmeal. There was no hot water to mix it with. The only good thing was the price , soI guess I got what I paid for.
Bed bugs!! Thought it was a great place until I got bed bug bites.
Cheap, unkempt hotel. First things first - every person I dealt with was incredibly professional & courteous - kudos to all. But, on the night I arrived I requested a 6:00 AM wake-up call the following morning, which I never received. Unknown if that was because late night staff not properly trained, or if someone dropped the ball, but the sum total = failure on the hotel's part.
