Review Room was misrepresented online. Bed was full not queen. As soon as we got there we had to request toilet paper and pillows, sheets, and blankets for sofa bed. Water pressure was very low. Wifi kept cutting off. Went downstairs for breakfast buffet and there was none, even 45 minutes after it was supposed to be there. Had a fire in the pool area the first night there, so the children were not able to use pool. Definitely would not stay again or recommend anyone to stay there.
LAST RESORT ... Dirty room, horrible service, and an amateur continental breakfast. Not to mention that my friends and I didn't feel safe at all.
A lack of cleaning and waste baskets Staff is very nice. Room needed vacuuming (even under the bed), dusting, window washing, and waste baskets. Hallways needed cleaning as well.
THE WORST Worst ever... Check in: Elevator broken Day 1: NO Wake up call and No Coffee pot, Keys didnt work Day 2: Room not cleaned & no fresh towels or toiletries Day 3: Woke up to smoke in hall and fire alarm, toaster issue. DO NOT EVER say at these hotels

Away from home Had to stay away from home for repairs and could not go into home. Disappointed that they supplied absoulty nothing required to use the kitchen area. The air conditioning unit was right next to couch you could not use it to watch TV. The supposed bag breakfast was a joke. Highly disappointed for the price we paid we booked it because it was pet friendly and after booking a non refundable room was informed on confirmation that there was a additional charge per day for the pet.

Hotel smelled very smoky; furniture and decor was outdated. Kitchen was not supplied with a thing; only way to get cups, etc. was to request a kitchen package from the front desk. Breakfast was very limited.
3 rooms, one stay It took 30 minutes to check in. The poor man at the desk was over whelmed and unable to move quickly enough. The first room i was in had a chirping smoke alarm - after moving to a second room i went to take a shower. No water. Third room was fine. Breakfast was a joke. No milk for coffee. A toaster, but nothing to toast. Old fruit. granola bars. Why bother?
No towels but free food left in the fridge When I arrived at my room, there were no bath towels in the bathroom and there was a sandwich left in the fridge causing it to smell badly. If they didn't clean fridge before I arrived, what else didn't they clean in the room? Small sofa to sit and watch TV but without an end table or coffee table, you have to put your free sandwich or drink on the floor.
Room and bathroom was dirty, had to buy cleaning supplies and clean tub, lipstick on foldout bed pad
