I liked having a kitchen in the room and that it was pet friendly. I thought $25 additional per night per pet was excessive many hotels do not charge extra. Garbage was piled up and overflowing in the stairwells and stunk to high heaven.

The employees were friendly, and as efficient as possible with the tools provided. I was checking in to 3 rooms and the printers were not working at the counter, she kept having to go into another office to print documents for check in. The property is older and needs renovation, attempts have been made to keep paint and carpets fresh, especially in common areas. Had a reservation and confirmation (printed Thursday 6/20) and the hotel called day of my reservation (Sat 6/22) to say there were no more rooms. Offered me rooms at another lesser nearby hotel. Not interested in a mystery hotel I know nothing about. Runned my weekend and my Saturday night plands. To paraphrase the Seinfeld episode, "You are excellent at taking reservations, but you suck at honoring them.
