Staff very friendly and courteous. Room not very clean so disappointed. Windows very drafty causing curtains to move and did reset both but needs help. Toilet seat loose, kitchen floor sticky, kitchen walls dirty including counters. Hotel takes dogs so dealt with and cleaned up to make the best of it.

No cups/glasses or ice buckets/shower was dirty and toilet seat looked 50+ years old..brownish.

Two Extended Stays in the same lot??? Strangely there is another (much nicer) Extended Stay literally in the next lot. The one I stayed at had no signage, except for at the top right side of the building. Building needs a serious external makeover.

Older property in need of remodeling and general maintenance

The first room reeked of cigarette smoke. We were given another room but it had an odd smell also. We had important plans so we sprayed frebreze and dealt with it. But when we came back that evening the smell was back
