Pleasant/ professional courteous Demetrius was amazing I've never experienced such a person so happy to do their job and willing to go the extra mile this employee took time away from his busy work desk to inspect each room before I checked into it.although the room I agreed was great it wasn't satisfying to him he took it a step further and ensure that the room was at Comfort for me as he ask me what i woukd like,it was away from other people being that the hotel was remotely located. Patience is a virtue w/ customer svc. experience The check in experience was horrendous. Upon arrival, I was greeted with “Can you wait a minute, my shift just started.” After waiting about 7 minutes, I repeated my name and that I am checking in. My reservation was pre-paid, yet, I was almost charged an additional $75 because the front desk rep. Latoya did not know how to process my prepaid Hotels.com reservation.
