Patience is a virtue w/ customer svc. experience The check in experience was horrendous. Upon arrival, I was greeted with “Can you wait a minute, my shift just started.” After waiting about 7 minutes, I repeated my name and that I am checking in. My reservation was pre-paid, yet, I was almost charged an additional $75 because the front desk rep. Latoya did not know how to process my prepaid Hotels.com reservation.
