It was not reasy uon arrival. Had to waot an hour and a half after being tokd 10 minutes. Trash was full, room had a smell. Hardly any towels. Breafast was practically non exsistent. Never again

The first room we got smelled like cigarettes. Then in the second room we realized in the morning that there was not a single towel in the room. The whole hotel just had a not so clean feel to it

Nice staff but that’s it This is literally the first review I have written since I don’t ask for much from a hotel but what is supposed to be expected. However this place really left a bad impression on me. So check in was pretty easy, however upon getting into my room to take a shower after a long day of playing outdoor paintball guns with friends, I notice there are no towels. strike 1. Will never be back I had such a horrible experience staying here. The non smoking room smelled so much like cigarettes and the sheets still looked dirty. The staff seemed to hate their job so much it was obvious.

Smelled like smoke My room smelled like smoke when I walked in and it had sticky floor. There was Spanish guests in the hall way all night and playing music.

So displeased! It was not that good, lights wasn't working , tv was popping like a popcorn machine, in was dirty spoon on the floor, then I check out go home in find out they took 77.67$ out of my account, now I got wait to be refunded, that was my first and last time I'm so mad right now .

Room lacked cleaning and noisy guest above Room lacked cleaning. When we walked into the restroom the toilet paper dispense had an empty roll hanging on it. But there was a new roll on the counter so we swapped it out. Next we tried and tried to get some rest but the guests above us had some kind of Wrestling match or body slamming competition because that’s all we heard from about 1am to almost 4 am.
