THEY OVERBOOKED! We actually didn’t stay BECAUSE THEY TURNED US AWAY leaving us scrambling to find a last minute place to stay in an area that was sold out due to sports tournaments.

Had no room for us when we arrived!!! NO ROOM!!! WE HAD A RESERVATION!!! doesnt that hold tbe room? clerk was not at front desk WHEN WE ARRIVED, he sent us across the street to their otber location THERE WAS ONE ROOM LEFT!!!! Strange characters outside hotel . Will never stay at an extended america again not worth it company has no regard for their guest by hiring staff that is unprofessional and clueless

This hotel needs to be updated. The room smelled old, the furniture was old. The TV was basically on the floor. Not a good place to stay.

Don’t recommend I want to start with they had only one night staff and she was really good trying to help us, however they had given away our one of our rooms ( we had 2 rooms booked got there at 11pm) then the room they gave us when we went up the bed had been slept in. We had to shift rooms again. The poor girl was going around checking rooms to see which were clean. She was really nice and trying her best offering to clean rooms herself. Disappointed with hotel response This is not my first time with this hotel. The security lock was busted. The television had a channel block on most of the channels and the staff did not know code to remove. It appeared like parental controls. Nothing done to find code or compensate. Might be time to fine a new hotel.

Room had no towels, no pillowcases, limited toilet paper and soup. I received towels after 2nd ask and at 10:30 pm they said that I have to wait 30 min before pillowcases will dry.
