Went to check in after already booking and paying online and was told there weren’t any rooms available

One of the worst experiences of my life as I didn’t sleep all night. Person in the room above was up all night walking and stomping and when I called to complain they could not do anything. They offered to give me another room but at 3am it was too late and I was up for the night. Obviously something not right going on upstairs and I’ll never come back.

Arrived at the hotel at 10 p.m. only to be informed that not enough rooms had been cleaned today and I no longer have a reservation. Had to find another room in a mostly sold-out area in the moment.

For a kitchenette room it did not have any pots, pans, utensils, plates, etc. Nothing st all. No working microwave, etc.

We checked in at about 10am to rooms 322 and 328 my family took 322 which was cleaned when opened 328 it was horrible, the bathroom was the worst, toweis on the floor and urine in the toilet bowl the bed was not made,bed sheets were on the floor and the smell was awful. My wife walked out to the cleaning lady in the corridor and brought her in to see the room ,she apologized and said she will take care of it.My wife then took a video of the room six minutes later i walked out of the room and met the cleaning lady in the corr... read more

Horrible experience. Never again will stay. Reserved 1 month in advance. First they said room was not available. Then I had to wait 3 hours for them to get the room ready. Trash cans in the lobby were topped with trash. Hotel in general filthy.

Very poor experience The hotel staff seemed to be nice enough at check-in. There was no one at checkout all. I stayed for two nights. No one came to make up or clean the room during my stay. The furnishings were badly in need of replacement, the bed and linens deplorable. Never again.
