Amazing! Amazing experience because of Linda!!! I was awed at the level of excellence in customer service. Linda was so warm and welcoming and made the check in process a breath of fresh air. Love staying here. The rooms are always clean and it's always quiet. They don't hassle you if you need extra time checking out, seriously the best.

Will update when/if i get my jewelry 😁❤😪 👍Hotel was really nice. 👍Very clean and comfortable. 👍Had EVERYTHING needed for my stay. 👍Staff was also very nice. 😪 BUT I left last Thursday & called 2 hours after checkout because i left a necklace and 4 rings in the drawer next to the Bible. The woman i spoke to was AWESOME. Stayed on phone w me until she had my jewelry. Told me it would be put in the safe up front. I told her i had a loved ones wake and funeral this weekend and would cone afterward since i live so far away... read more

Front desk staff was extremely friendly. I just personally don’t like hotels that serve as “free public housing” , as well.

The staff made the place honestly. The GM Adrienne was very helpful and genuine with assisting us. The building and rooms itself could definitely use some upgrades. And I can’t fault them for COVID-19 precautions they’re taking, so that did limit some of the amenities. For example, we needed to ask for dishes as needed and breakfast was grab-and-go. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

disapointed came in greeted nicely ... went to room NOT what i booked and did not have that room ... choice of no room or smaller room ... 300 miles from took smaller room ... found out i had to ask for kitchen stuff, got 2 of plates,forks knifes spoons coffee mugs, bowels and a fry pan with top that was all that they had, was able to get a spatula, no cutting board, sharp kitchen knife,,bowls,drying rack, dish soap etc, to do dishes, pots,baking sheet, ... i would bring some from home if i stayed again .... was clean and we... read more
