Move on The room smelled musty and was in need of a facelift. No cleaning service provided. Long term renters roaming around. Didn't like what I seen.

Disgusting. When I first arrived at 5am Monday morning (I had paid for Sunday night so that there would be no trouble getting into the room), the lobby doors were locked. I pounded on the doors and called the hotel repeatedly and got no answer. I had to go across the street to the Hilton Garden to get a room (which was wonderful). On Monday afternoon I explained to the extended stay manager what had happened and he was shocked that there wasn't someone on duty. I am supposedly going to be refunded for that night. On top of a... read more

All Extended Stays are Not created equally! I have stayed at Extended Stay at another location previously so I had an idea of what to expect from my stay. This experience was much different. There was a "sour mop" smell upon entering and exiting the main entrance vestibule and a stale, stinky smell throughout the bldg. Our room had not been thoroughly cleaned. There was hair on the shower wall and one pillowcase. There were leftover crumbs in the fridge and cupboards. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable. My sisters bed l... read more

Business response:

Thank you for taking the time to write a review of your stay. I sincerely apologize for the level of cleanliness in your room. Please know, I am working with our housekeeping staff to improve our cleaning procedures so that this issue does not affect our future guests. Also, while we do not offer toiletries in our guest rooms, we do have an amenity basket available at the front desk for guests to enjoy upon request. As well, we are happy to exchange dirty towels for clean ones at the front desk. Your feedback is greatly appr... read more

Upgrade this hotel The place needs serious upgrade. Stay at 500 address is better. Old carpet smells like smoke.

I WOULD N EVER STAY AT THE HOTEL EVER AGAIN. THE MANAGER WAS IGNORANT, BUT THE FRON DESK STAFF WAS GREAT. I HAVE BEEN STAYING AT MARRIOTT HOTELS FOR MANY YEARS AND I HOPE THIS EXPERIENCE DOES NOT DETER ME FROM STAYING AT OTHER MARRIOTT LOCATIONS. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE.

DO NOT STAY HERE It was a very easy check in but that was the only good thing about the stay. The room SMELLED of urine. The couch was so stained I wouldnt even sit in it much less open it to use as a bed. Many many rooms had dogs and cats and the hall smelled and was stained. Breakfast included a bagged bagel OR muffin and a small coffee OR tea. If you want to use the laundry room bring your own quarters, management wont give you change. NEVER AGAIN.

Roughing it This hotel is for low budget or last resort. The hallways smell like ashtrays and the carpet is old and full of stains. I felt like I was staying at a truck stop hotel.

Awful! This room was not clean - the floors were sticky, it appears the sheets hadnt been changed and there was even a dirty sock on the floor. In the morning, woke to find the shower was not operational. Front desk staff was not at all helpful - not at all concerned. When I pushed the issue, they assured me a manager would be in touch, but never recevied a phone call or a response to an e-mail to Extended Stay America. An operating shower is a BASIC service. My experience was awful. Never again!!!
