Awful! This room was not clean - the floors were sticky, it appears the sheets hadnt been changed and there was even a dirty sock on the floor. In the morning, woke to find the shower was not operational. Front desk staff was not at all helpful - not at all concerned. When I pushed the issue, they assured me a manager would be in touch, but never recevied a phone call or a response to an e-mail to Extended Stay America. An operating shower is a BASIC service. My experience was awful. Never again!!!

Great Value, Great room size, but the staff needs help 1. bathroom fan broken 2. I had to wait 1 hour for a pillow 3. I keep returning soley because of the value and benefits that the hotel give for just $57.00 a night or so, but the hotel really overextends their staff which doesn't allow for them to be there for the guess. On many occasions the staff is doing the laundry in the middle of night and many other duties while trying to answer the phones and check people in... way......way.... too much

How many ways one hotel & a internet site can leave you in a lobby for 2hours 1. Both parties have a share in the responsibility of creating a total let down for me on my recent weekend stay at the hotel... I have stayed at the hotel at least 10 times or more & I have never, ever, ever requested a room for a smoker... Well, to say the least I was booked in just that ....A ROOM FOR SMOKERS.....HOW DO YOU ASK DID THIS HAPPEN? EASILY...THE REP NEVER CHECKED TO MAKE SURE THAT THE ROOM WAS A NON-SMOKING ROOM... Used condoms in the side table drawer I felt safe but the room was not clean and upon arrival I had to clean. Towels in my non smoking room smelled like smoke....but the room suited my needs the kitchenette and the studio style and the location to my job was helpful. The 2.5 rating is totally accurate...no better an no worse!

The hotel was filthy! You should run a vacuum in the halls once a day. It looks like the halls had not been vacuumed in a month!

Dirty Room was dirty sheets hadn't been changed . Smells bad . Will never stay again.

Bed Bugs! I have had an experience with bed bugs before and now am always on the look out. When checking the bed I did find a couple in the top corner of the mattress. They were dead but the point was they were still there.

Disappointed at Best! From the outside, the hotel looked new, but that image quickly faded upon entry into the lobby and my room. With the exception of the flat screen TV, the fixtures in the room were rather old and renovations are definitely needed. The carpets and some of the furniture were stained and the bed was uncomfortable. It was cold and windy during my stay and it was drafty in the room.
