Horrible- not clean- No breakfast as advertised This is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in since I came to the US, dirty floors, no public bathrooms, rooms are not clean, It was advertised for free breakfast which was only coffee" horrible" and snacks, and we ended up going outside to buy breakfast from DD Never again going to a hotel without ready reviews

Worst ever We booked through Expedia for 2 rooms tonight, 6/23/18-6/24/18, at 500 Diemer Dr, Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054. I received the confirmation email, number, etc. After a 3 hour drive with 3 young children, we get to our hotel around 9pm. As we wait for 30 minutes because there was no one at the desk, we are standing in line behind multiple people already complaining about not having towels, having to wait for their room for 40 mins when it was already 6pm and check in is at 3pm and a plethora of other issues. Location of the hotel was great. The lady who checked us in wasn't very friendly. There was a mountain size pile of trash in the hallway and wasn't taken care of the 2 days we were there. Smelled really bad too. If we traveled back to that area, I would find somewhere else to stay.

Very disappointed. When we checked in they initially said they only had one of our rooms. Check in took too long, especially late at night. When we got to our rooms, one room had no pillows, and they were unable to give them any. Our room did not have linens for the other bed, we were also missing towels. Keep in mind this was late. Worst Ever This place was horrible I never stay at another one of these places again they didn't want to give you know washcloths, towles, some more toilet paper, the air conditioning was broken and they said they wouldn't change my sheets unless I stayed 7 days

The mattress was tge worst ever!!! It was very lumpy and pillows too soft. I only had 3 hours of sleep and my husband had 4 hours of sleep AND WE HAD A WEDDING TO GO TO. I was not going with bad puffy eyes, back ache, and was extremely tired. We changed rooms but mattress was bad on 2nd room. So we decided to go to Holiday Inn Express. WAY BETTER!!!!

Toweless hotel Customer service was absolutely horrible! There weren't any towels in our room when my fiance went to take a shower. I called down to the front desk and after bothering her for some towels and being told to look for housekeeping on my floor she finally told me she'll, "see what she can do in the next few minutes. ". After not hearing back from her after 10 minutes I went down to the front desk. When I went down she finally went in back a hot me 1 towel and said she'll have to text housekeeping for another one!... read more
