Horrible stay at Extended Stay. This hotel offered a queen size bed which was actually a full size bed. And to top it off it had bed bugs. I got bit 9 times and had to leave before my stay was supposed to be over.

Didn’t make it past the lobby. I didn’t make it past the lobby it was dirty and smelled I could hear people yelling down the hall. . The staff didn’t seem to care if or when they had a customer. I spoke to the personnel and walked back out and stayed somewhere else. ANd they still charged me for the room. After a 12 hour drive on a 5 day trip, I wasn’t about to stay somewhere that didn’t look or smell like anyone cared. If they don’t care about the lobby, I hate to see what the room looked like.

tripple charged the hotel charged me twice after already paying through orbitz and still no refund sounds like someone picketed money

"You can take a reservation, you can't hold one" Would never use Expedia !! They won't let me post the real reason! That sounds about right!!!

Would never stay here again! Rude staff, floors in the room were sticky, the one blanket that gave us to sleep had hair all entangled. Absolutely disgusting, shouldn't be a 3 star hotel, more like a .5 star.

Disappointed The tub would not drain and the solution was to change rooms. No maintenance available. Bed too soft. Place looking run down. Also I didn't know they allow pets. Neighbor had a huge dog who barked all night.
