They charged my credit card for US$265.00, claiming that I smoked in the room. I NEVER SMOKED. I DONT SMOKE. I HATE CIGARETTES. It's fraud, theft, theft. The receptionists are lying. I can prove with a medical exam that I don't smoke.
Property overbooked sent me to another same situation I am from Boston had no where to stay
Three ceiling light fixtures two of which had burned out bulbs. Water pressure was very weak in shower. Blinds were broken allowing light and peeping toms in! No coffee pot. Refrigerator broken. Pillows awful. Noise level unacceptable!
Very dirty I got switched to two different rooms both were NASTY asked to switch to a different hotel couldn’t had to wait for supervisor to come in the morning very uncomfortable
I had a bad experience, the dirty shower had hair inside, the toilet did not flush, the remote control had no battery and there was no signal on the TV. The lady from the Front desk went to clean the shower, she is supposed to attend the Front desk, not clean bathrooms, in which I appreciate her kindness. Cleanliness and courtesy is the main inside in a hotel, so you need to have a good supervisor to check the cleanliness.
