Awful I’ll call customer service tomorrow before I let loose on a review; however, the only thing I will say is this, I checked in and left two hours later - it’s still the evening of and they can check my room if they’d like that I’ve vacated. One of the most horrific places I’ve ever encounter in all of my stays anywhere aside from a dorm or hostile. I stayed at a Hilton for $10 more, one month prior in Baltimore inner harbor, so I don’t care about the price excuse. Wretched, is all I can think of to explain.

Don’t stay here, cheaper is not alway better. This was my worst Hotels.com experience. They called the police on me to have me removed from the hotel during a blizzard due to their incompetence. I stayed there for 6 weeks before this happened. The Manager was unhappy that I complained about roaches in my room and was looking for and excuse to remove me. They stopped billing my corporate card that they had on file and then proceeded to lock me out of the room several times. The Mgr told me to “Get out” when I confronted them.... read more

Got there at around 3:00 am in the morning. Had to call a corporate number to be let in. Waited about 20 mins and someone came to check us in their pajamas....went to the room and it was ok to the naked eye. Went to the bathroom to take a shower and there were no towels. Called the corporate number and the person that checked us in brought us towels. The sheets were dirty with blood stains. I did get another room but was so grossed out that I could not relax
