My bed was so hard it felt like I was sleeping on concrete all night. My room was on the 2nd floor and you could hear every move someone made above and below so that wasn’t great.

If we knew it was " animal friendly", we wouldn't have stayed. The animals didn't stink, but the cleaning solutions that they used to cover the pet smells was overpowering.

Not great, but clean. Our light by the bed had a blown light bulb, we had a half-full package of shampoo and there wasn’t enough for both of us to wash our hair. I thought we were going to have a breakfast and it was just muffins and instant oatmeal. The desk person was friendly.

Coffeemaker Plead This hotel is very ghetto. I had to ask for a coffeemaker and coffee setup: which should already be in a standard hotel room. The exits are are blocked with fire alarms. You have to enter front and leave through the front at all times.
