I don’t think I’ll ever rebook here The first week it was not so good. I had to ask for plates twice. I asked the woman at the front desk if she would send someone to fix the restroom as the toilet was clogged. She didn’t stop what she was doing to listen, and write things down. She kept doing changing coffee. Like if I was bothering her. When I come back to the hotel at night it had not been fixed. The manager did come up and fixed it. It was a simple fix really. Had to wait a long time at the desk to check in but the room was roomy and fully equipped. Good quiet location right off of I-10

The beds were comfortable and the room temp didn't need tinkering. We had to wait 15 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk. He was pleasant and apologized, but there was no "be right back" sign or bell to ring, so we had no idea how long we would.eait.and we we're.exhausted from a long drive. This was around 10 pm.

Solid One Nighter Was just passing through. Landed late in PHX and had an early flight out. Bed was fine. Service was fine. Lyft to and from airport was $7. No problems at all here.

Customer service was great. Our room wasn’t very clean. Vent is very dirty. Shower curtain was small. Overall room didn’t feel too clean

Very nice property, and rooms are clean lots of space no bug's what so ever area is safe,not many places to eat though.

Breakfast limited to apple and granola bar. Coffee is terrible.
