Needs improvement Hotel didn't smell very well as soon as we walked in the main lobby, the room didn't smell very good either, carpets are dirty, other than that the stay was OK. The breakfast option wasn't that great all they had was granola bars, muffins, coffee, hot chocolate and oatmeal and they don't have someone at the front desk all the time.

That there was no restroom in lobby, I like staying at Extended Stay in the Phx area.
