The property is located in a nice business park close to downtown Tempe, East Phoenix, and Sky Harbor International Airport. The room was nice and clean. I didn’t like the fact that I had to make my bed(sofa bed). There was no free breakfast which I consider false advertising. However, the front desk staff were helpful and pleasant. The price was right.
