Don’t ask for a late check out! We asked the night before for a late check out at noon, at 11:05am there is a knock at the door, I told them we arranged for a late check out. Then 10 minutes later the maid knocks at the door. I tell her we have a late check out. 5 minutes later we get a call. Omg seriously? Then at 1205 just as I am about to walk out another phone call! If you guys would leave me alone I would have been out by noon. Other than that we had a great experience. Front door staff was super friendly and helpful.

Be aware The stay was ok. Front desk had a new trainee that did not quite know what to do. The other ront desk clerk was to busy on the phone and then left. So the service was way below standard. Also lots of shady people staying at the hotel. Good for one night only.

The gentleman named Johnny who checked me in was very nice and polite and informed me of everything I needed to know for my stay. Every time I ran into him during my stay he was very nice and made sure to ask if I needed anything. Please send his manager a notice. He has amazing customer service and I wish everyone was like Johnny.

Stay was good The stay was good. But, Johnny needs to do a better job at cleaning... Tub was dirty, dirty wash cloth was still on the shower rod. N pet hair everywhere...
