:) still got my rest for the next day. :) I was a bit disappointed that there was no hot breakfast. I think that needs to be clarified when searching. if it's a To Go Bfast, Hot Breakfast or Pastries.

Great location, Great Pool and Great Amenities AZ The Gentleman who checked me in (Jeff I believe his name was) was really awesome and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and help me out with anything I needed. I took advantage of the nice weather and relaxed by the pool and even went for a swim. There is a grill by the pool you can use! The room had a full size fridge, a cozy leather couch, a flat screen and I was very pleased with my stay.

Clean for the most part.....wouldn't stay again. Check in was terrible. Too much paperwork, had to return to car to place a parking pass on windshield. Expedia advertised full continental breakfast and confirmation listed it also, but there was no such thing. Hotel staffed blamed Expedia.

Urine smell. Everything else was good but the floor smelled like urine. It was hard to enjoy anything with the smell.

It was adequate for one night's stay. The hotel clerks were helpful, informative, and kind, especially in the difficult situation I was in.

Lack of Staff Professionalism Not the most professional of staff. One staff member was casually dropping F bombs in front of me while having a conversation with his colleague who was checking me in. While being checked in, another guest approached the counter and his response was, “yeah man what do you need?” Unless I misread the sign on the front of the building and it said “Homie Hostel” instead of Extended Stay America, I would not expect employees to be using that type of language so freely in front of hotel guests. asked for a bowl and spoon so i can eat my dinner and they never delivered it. bed had springs bulging in the mattress.
