Convenient location but hotel needs update Cons: Bed and pillows were uncomfortable, TV small and poor channel selection, bathroom needs updating Pros: Location - right off freeway, near restaurants

Nice room but for the AC The AC went out in our nonsmoking room and we had to move to a smoking room. The AC in the new room wasn't so great either. The lady behind the counter was very helpful. Pet policy was not so clear. When we checked in there was a surprise pet fee and a weight limit. It was almost impossible to find do to poor signage. Room was clean and well appointed except no ice maker. Great price.

Will NEVER stay here again! Although we had reserved and paid for a queen bed, they didn't have any, and wanted to give us a double, or a queen in smoking. (neither option acceptable). They finally gave us a king which they apparently took from another customer who had not arrived yet. Rooms are only cleaned once a week and you had to "trade" your soiled linens for clean one if you wanted to change bed or need towels. No hair dryer. No disposable cups. No ice. Needs improvement Not what we expected for this hotel much better rates in phx with lower prices, very basic room, with no extras.

Not at all what I expected When we checked in the clerk was somewhat rude and informed us they had given our Queen size room to another guest but he had a double size room at no extra charge! My husband is 6'-4" so this room was very uncomfortable. Addtionally when we got to our room it was a smoking room. If we weren't exhausted already we would have gone to a different hotel all together.

Wouldnt stay again We felt misled, as this was not a 3 star property, or even close. Reserved non-smoking, went to room and it had strong smoke odor. TV was microscopic. Dishes and utensils were sparse (2 spoons, 2 cups, etc). Due to smoky room , they put us in handicap room, Only 2 pillows, full size bed when we reserved a queen. Close to 2 busy streets, noisy.
