Fantastic location, worst hotel ever. We have stayed at many hotels in this price range and this was by far the worst! Key did not work, room was not ready, roaches, no cleaning for the 4 days we were there and the continental breakfast was a joke! Same muffins all week, only coffee (no milk or juice) and the fruit we had were mushed and rotted. They call it a "grab and go" free continental breakfast, which means it's a small table by the door so you grab and go on your way, no designated eating area.

Hotel in Chandler Our experience was disappointing. I am sending a separate letter asking for a partial refund.
Look for other options if available. Discovered dried French fries under edge of one bed on day 3, next to a carpet stain. Looked under bed and saw two empty cups as well. Shower curtain was hung an inch or two too low; several strands of hair were on the bottom of it. Mattress pad was missing from one bed. Beds consist of a mattress placed on a hardwood frame. Terible signage and poor maintenance Maintenance issues all over the place. Breakfast was poor. Signage at the street entrance is very small and hidden and hard to read. Couldn't find the hotel.
Disappointing I reserved a King suite through Expedia, however, they put me in a Queen for the 1st 3 nights and told me that was all they had available. I asked about getting partial refund, and they told me it would need to come from Expedia. I would like to be contacted by an Expedia representative to discuss this, as I was very disappointed and I have booked a lot of my travels through Expedia in the last year. I also do not believe that I have been given full credit for the points that I should have earned.

Rooms were very run down and should not say free breakfast on site because all they had was coffee and granola bars! I have 2 children and we always stay were they have some stuff for breakfast so we don't have to leave like cereal and milk at least!!
Wouldn't book a room here again Our room was not thoroughly cleaned when we arrived. It needed to be vacuumed and there was soap residue in the soap dish. I found strains of hair on the blanket and when looking at the fitted sheet I noticed it was put on inside out, leaving me to believe they may have just flipped the sheets over. S&R March 2015 Room was not cleaned upon our arrival (bathroom, kitchen, carpet. Had to go to front desk twice before someone actually cleaned the bathroom (hair in shower & toilet)over 24 hrs later. I cleaned the microwave, wasn't going to use a dirty microwave after someone else. Overall condition of unit was questionable at best. The "to go" breakfast never arrived on the 19th.
