Not so good We stayed there 7 days and nights. We were told on 3 different days that our room would be cleaned the next day. It was never cleaned during any of those 7 days.

The Dump When we arrived there were loud fans running in the lobbly because of a water leak. The first room we were put in had a strong cigarette smell in it. This is supposed to be a smoke free hotel. We were put in another room that had no smoke smell in it. A couple of hours later an elderly couple walked right into our room! The lady at the front desk did not indicate that she switched our room, and the next employee at the front desk checked another couple into our room! Not great and definitely no frills. Had to bring towels to front desk for exchange. No plates in the unit- had to ask for those too. No roll away beds Front desk staff very pleasant. No services or amenities, no gym

Terrible dirty hotel Upon arrival to check in, the front staff was no where to be found. We waited 10 mins until the manager showed up, who then explained that they were swaped the night before/short staffed so she was cleaning the hotel rooms herself. The room was non smoking, yet smelled like smoke and Ramon noodles. Not only was the room dirty, food in kitchen cabinets, but we found SEX DICE in the room!!!! HOTEL THAT LIES #1WHEN BOOKED ROOM IT WAS A SMOKING ROOM WITHIN THE LAST MONTH THEY WENT NON SMOKING THEY SHOULD OF EMIALED ME OR AT LEAST GAVE ME A DISCOUNT FOR MY INCONVIENCE. #2 THE FRIG WAS NOT CLEANED AND FULL OF ROTTEN PORK CHOPS #3 THEY ADVERTISE TO HAVE A MINI SUITE BUT THE ROOM WE HAD NOTHING AND YOU HAD TO ASK FOR IT AT A FEE

Felt dirty Paid $70 should have paid around $49- hotel seemed dirty and muggy. Wanted to leave the window open but they was only a screen and the window went all the way up..

Not a great experience First of all, make sure you know whether you are staying at Phoenix - Chandler or Phoenix - Chandler - E. Chandler location, which are 1 exit apart. Both are quite convenient from the airport. When I finally arrived at the correct location, they couldn't at first find my reservation, which had been confirmed earlier that day. When after several minutes of back and forth they finally found it, I was told there were only smoking rooms left. When I pressed, they said there was one non-smoking room, which ... read more

Horrible!!!! They didn't even have my room available upon check in. The whole hotel was full with no other option available. I was very disappointed!!! They ended up crediting me 25 hotel points. I was out a room for the night!!!!
