Room had smoke smell I had requested a non-smoking room. The room and 3rd floor was smoking. When I checked in they said they had no other rooms. In the morning they said they had other rooms... They say Or_itz often confirms non-smoking when all they have left is smoking??? Beware of unhealthy environment.

Dirty, unfriendly, unprofessional! No one ever at the front desk. In order to request toilet paper, I had to call out for someone. The entire hotel smelled STRONG of smoking and pets. Very dirty. I can't imagine anyone saying a good word about this place AT ALL!!! Just a nightmare!!!

Overbooked and disappointed Overbooked and had to move hotels twice! Did receive vouchers! But had to constantly pack an repackage our belongings everyday! So couldn't really enjoy our time in Az! Expensive to not be able to enjoy! Felt robbed of our vacation! But I'm sure it's Because of the baseball season there! :( disappointed!

Holley and Perez Thomas When we got to the hotel, the clerk was missing for over 10 min. When she showed up she had a few cups in her hand and said " you need help. I told her that we had been waiting for over 10 min. She was upset at what we had said to her. When I ask for a room on the first floor she gave us a room on the third floor and the very end of the hall way. unsatisfactory There was an apparent disconnect between Expedia and the hotel because when I got there they didn't have any rooms that satisfied my reservation. I ask for a non smoking with two double beds room. All they had was Smoking rooms with one queen bed. There was no way I could stay in a smoking room. I'm asking for a refund from Expedia.

Did not get the room I wanted I booked a non-smoking room however upon arrival they said they 'ran out' of non-smoking rooms. Your just not guaranteed they would reserve you room so you better be careful when booking on these sites. It smelled like a casino on the smoking room floor and the elevator. The location was good and the front desk was doing their best but wasn't able to help.

Stay somewhere else The hotel is very rundown. The Floors in are room were very very dirty. I tried to clean them with soap and a paper towel and it was black grime! The microwave interior was a nice icky yellow. The Coffee pot was dirty. Light bulbs were burned out at some of the lamps. The carpet was stained and dirty. No maid service for two night stay.

Less Than Forty Winks This was my 2nd stay here. Satisfied with everything EXCEPT constant loud noise from room above, every night. I'm a sound sleeper and do NOT expect nor require silence, but this noise was loud, constant, late (to 2 or 3AM on average) and sleep disturbing.
