Never did get checked in. Lady at desk trying to help but couldn't -ended up having to leave about 45 min after arriving-had to go find another room at 11:00 at night-not fun

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE We will NEVER stay here again. The first time we stayed here, we didn't have a very good experience, as we were in a ground floor unit, right next to the stairs. We had to endure the noise of people going up/down the stairs and out the door, to smoke, every single night. We notified management this time around, requesting a top floor unit in advance. They refused to accomodate us, making it clear that they might have done so if we had booked directly with them. They offered their sister property dow... read more

Wouldn't Stay Again I wouldn't stay here again. The place was run down and dirty. In one of our rooms we found someone's socks, a soda bottle, and snack wrappers in the room. The cleaning staff was observed sitting on a bed and watching TV in a room they were supposed to be cleaning.

Disappointing Stay The heating and cooling was not easy to control. The bathroom backed up and I called to for service and was told they would submit request. I had no idea when it would get taken care of. Night manager showed up with a plunger. I have bad allergies and felt very congested when I woke the next morning, as if the bedding was not clean. For an extended stay the set up was promising, but the quality was disappointing. It was my first time staying with them, don't know if it was just this location.

Management Problems As a senior on a tiny income I decided to stay at this hotel for economical reasons. I booked it months ago and called last week to confirm that i would be on the ground floor and checking in at 3pm. I got there at 3:15pm. I checked in but was then told that my room would not be ready until "about" 5pm. My son arrived and called the head office. Very Noisy-Poor Construction We requested a top floor unit, in order to avoid having any noisy guests above us. We were told that the hotel was completely booked, with the only available unit being downstairs at end of hall, next to exit stairs. There was an incessant amount of foot traffic, 24 hours each day, coming and going through that exit, along with a VERY HEAVY foot stomper above us, who seemed to pace back and forth all night long and going outside to smoke about every 30 minutes. Extended Stay America Chandler Az. This motel was clean and convenient to access the Chandler area. The staff was friendly and I had a good experience with this motel. I will choose this motel again when in the Chandler area.

cleanliness and hotel maintenance is a MUST! The greeter at the hotel was pleasant and his service was great. The rooms we were accommodating was not at al pleasant. The sink had a leak and we told the hotel attendant, sounding very promising that she will let the maintenance person know when he gets there at noon. Unfortunately, we returned back to the hotel late (ample time to have it repair or switched our room or let us know what is going on) but no. We were swimming in the leak, so to speak. The Extended Stay America Phoenix in Chandler I chose this hotel because it was very close to where I was going to be spending most of my time while in the Phoenix area. The price was good, but that was about it. There were food stains on the carpet, the A/C unit was exceptionally loud, the wireless internet connection was intermittent, there was a section in the bathroom floor that felt like it was about to give way, and the lobby by the stairwell smelled like a sewer pipe had overflowed.
