Some what satisfied Property is much better than others in the area, front desk night attendance could be a little more friendly.

Reasonable accommodations for the price. The hotel equipment and furnishings are a bit tired, but functional. Don’t count on anything special for breakfast. Instant oatmeal, a muffin, and a nutrabar is all that’s available. And this is to-go only. Housekeeping is done only once per week.
