Room not what was expected. Our reservation was cancelled. Staff accommodated us with a room that was a king size bed turned into two beds.

Checking in and out was easy. The room needs to be updated, including the towels and bedding. The room seemed to be rundown.

Did not stay requested due to, upon arrival went to my room. Very dirty and smelled dirty. Clerk offered a 2nd room, just as dirty and bad smelling. my spouse has congestive heart failure. I could not except thise conditions. Not as advertised.

Hotel experience was horrible it was dirty and under staff , not what it seems on the pictures You really want to consider bringing your family here . I only stay here for a day and they charge me for a full week . Don’t stay here and waste your money . I spoke to someone about my stay and refund and I was told they were switching management . Really unprofessional and rude ……..

Ittherr were crumbs on bed, no toilet paper paced on roll, and a dirty washcloth left from previous guest.

I checked into my room and the room was not clean, it was horrible and had stains all over the counters and the TV stand. The bathroom smelled. I could not stay there. I immediately left and they would not give me my refund because they claim they offered me another room but didn't. The hotel is not a place to stay.

Pictures on the website were very deceiving. Would not recommend staying here. Staff was not very professional or welcoming. Walked in room after check in and there were puddles on the floor. We contacted them to clean it up and checked it out with maintenance. They used towels to mop it up and they were dark and dirty when they were done, so not sure the floor was cleaned before we checked in. Marijuana smell was very prominent in the hotel. Do NOT stay at this extended stay; it is disgusting! There’s so many people that actually live there full time and they’re the worst. The front desk receptionist isn’t welcoming and he wasn’t even dressed somewhat business casual. So many cigarette butts outside. Dirty doors, windows and mirrors. This hotel is horrible misrepresented. We didn't even end up staying there. As soon as you walk in the door, it was filthy. Looked like there was someone living in the hallway. The hallway down to the rooms had trash in the hallway and smelled of an ashtray. I bought insurance and am hoping I can get my money back, since we never even stayed there.
