the hotel was over $200 for the night and not as nice as motel 6 that i have stayed in. we did have a nonsmoking room but it stunk like smoke in the hallways. the pillows were flat, the sheets and towels were old and dingy. this should have been a $100 room. and missing the basics, blow dryer, lotion and shampoo. you can tell the owners dont care.

The floor in the bathroom was filthy. The man at the front desk didn't care. He also gave us a room that did not have a king bed and it took me forever to get him to fix it. Also not a good location. I didn't feel safe going out at night.

TV didn't work. Phone didn't work. No toilet paper really in this day and age no toilet paper I couldn't even call down cuz the phone didn't work

Shabby room that wasn't super clean - not my hair on the pillows, crud and paint splatters on the floors, etc. Towels were ancient and scratchy. But the worst part was noise all night long - talking, yelling, knocking, slamming doors, barking. I got about 3 hours sleep and I'm pretty sure there was 'business' being conducted. No one at the front desk and I didn't feel safe venturing out. So disappointed and angry considering the area and price.

When we arrived the building smelled of Weed. We did not get the room we reserved which was a single king. But two double beds without comfortors or box springs. The toilet was dirty, trash contaner was not emptied underneath the sink. The dead bolt did not engage in the door jam

Room dirty. Bedding with cigarette burns. Old and not worth the mo ey. The place is a dump. Lots of druggies and the guy next to me had mental issues and kept knocking on my door and wiggling my door handle. I would never recommend this place to anyone. It felt unsafe the last night I did not get any sleeo. I want my money back.

⭐ 1 Star – Absolutely Disgusting. Do Not Stay Here. I checked into Extended Stay America Phoenix Chandler expecting a basic, clean room. What I walked into was a health hazard. There were dirty towels already in the room, as if the previous guests had just left and no one bothered to clean. The nightstand had a layer of dust so thick it clearly hadn’t been wiped in weeks.
