The staff was really great. Super helpful and nice. The room could have been a bit cleaner when I arrived and it would be nice to see plates, pots, pans and cutlery already stocked in the room. The only real complaint I have is that the walls are very thin and you become pretty close with your neighbors. I’d stay here again because the price was right.

Flying Visit to Ahwatukee Spacious room and fairly convenient location, however there was a strange smell in the room and the wifi was very slow without the upgrade

Good deal, just replace mattresses! The service was good, price was good except for the mattress on both beds seamed to be pretty old and dented in and the breakfast wasn’t restocked in the morning about an hour and a half before it ended coffee and snacks were all gone and when we asked the front desk to restock and brew more coffee she gave us an attitude and took her sweet time to do it so we just left..

Didnt like hairs in the bathtub. Didn't like the low-grade soap in bathroom. Didn't like the very dirty exterior stairs and walkways. Didn't like the uncomfortable bed and pillows. Did like general outside appearance. Did like staff.

We were given a room and when we walked in there was trash on the floor and the bed looked like someone slept in it. We went back to the lobby got a different room. Then when we unfolded the bed there was something on it and there were no sheets for it. We called the lobby got sheets but there were no pillows left. We also had to make the bed ourselves. The chairs in the room had spots on them and we didn’t really feel comfortable sitting on them. The guy from the lobby did help us with the new room and sheets but our overal... read more

Staff was very helpful and exceeded our expectations. Room was very functional. Everything that we expected was provided, this is a no frills property. We were concerned about staying here based on some of the other reviews posted. The reviews that were posted seem unfair and not a true representation of the property and service level. We were very pleased with our choice and stay at the property. Thank you
