The staff was very personable, helful, and kind. It was noisy while I was there due to animals and people just being loud. The room was not very clean when I arrived as I found remanants of animal food on floor. Also consider moving easy to move furniture when cleaning rooms because when because when I pulled the TV out to connect my computer and X Box it was absolutely disgusting.
