I requested a ground floor room and yes I got one! Our first morning the whole building had no hot water. The floors were sticky. Im not sure if its Hotels .com or if its Extended Stay America but AARP or Senior discounts are not available.

The water coming from the shower was cold even when set on hot , the water coming from the kitchen sink was hotter

Not what I expected I wasn't impressed. Furnishings were worn down. Had kitchenette but no utensils plates coffee pot etc was available. Concerned about clientele hanging around the parking lot. Ad said breakfast included - yeah, coffee and a packaged muffin. Convenient location, fairly quiet.
