Depressing The lobby looks OK, but there are dings in the walls and baseboards throughout the rest of the hotel, and where attempts have been made to paint to cover them, those attempts were sloppy. The halls were gloomy and smelled funny. Fortunately, the room was acceptably clean. However, we had only one clothes hangar in the closet, which was kind of annoying. Gave me an occupied room So embarrassing to go an occupied room and I️ wouldn’t someone go inside my room either.

We never expected to find this, but this is a hotel in Mesa, AZ with NO SWIMMING POOL. Staying with kids, this was a huge negative. For the cost of the room, this was way below expectations.

DIRTY Room was unpleasantly not clean. Toilet had mold growing in it, the seat had not been cleaned from the previous occupant. Overall very dirty, we will never stay at any extended stays again for this reason.

Worst hotel I have encountered. Small unclean room. No services, room not stocked with supplies, Did not clean the rooms. Terrible outside noises and people roaming the hallways and trying to approach you. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. No Breakfast and no snack or drink machines that i found.

Awful experience Staff was less than helpful. Our room wasn't cleaned during our stay then we were told after calling to find out why, that there was an additional charge per day if we wanted to have it cleaned. Staff wouldn't deliver new towels, we had to take our dirty towels & exchange them for new ones. None of this was explained at check in. It was a horrible experience.
