Room seemed a bit run down and smelled damp. AC faceplate was broken. The provided office chair looked like someone relieved themselves in it multiple times. Only one entrance allowed for exit/entry. This especially sucked since I was in a farther back room. Provided breakfast sucked. For the good: The staff was courteous. The bed was comfy and so was the pullout couch. I liked having the kitchenette area with large fridge.

I don't blame the hotel for anything but I got sick overnight and Didn't have the best night. The room was in good shape when I went to bed

not bad, though there would be different/better breakfast options but that wasn't the case. Room was fine and so was the staff.

Shower—too hot. When adjusting to a slightly cooler temperature, it shut off shower altogether. Fridge—not cold enough. At coldest setting and main fridge wasn’t cold and freezer not cold enough to freeze medical ice packs. I was lucky I could board my flight w/out them frozen. No chairs to sit at table provided. Only one way in—main entrance. All other doors were exit only. Most likely due to area for safety reasons but wasn’t ideal for my room location. Room was in need of a new microwave. I was afraid to use the one in the room as it was peeling all over on the inside and had obviously had a fire in it. The countertops had not been cleaned well and had several sticky spots of something. The floors are gray so they don't show dirt, however I spilled some water and used a paper napkin to clean it and the amount of dirt that came up was unacceptable in my opinion.
