The hotel had a good location with lots around it. It’s obviously dated. It is not the cleanest hotel I’ve ever been to. It was minimal and had the rates been less I would have expected what we got. Not horrible but I probably won’t stay again especially for the money we paid. The breakfast ran out and wasn’t refilled at it was 8:30 and went till 10:30 on the weekend.

The location of the hotel is a perfect distance from the Mayo Clinic, restaurants, and nite life. Unfortunately, the rooms can really use some upgrades. The beds are not very comfortable. The pillows are wore out and the furnishings are in bad shape. I hate that I have to request kitchenware when it should already be placed. It’s an inconvenience. Also, it would be nice to have a coffee maker with coffee, tea, warm drinks available to use without having to request it. It would make the room more welcoming and give customers ... read more

No remote in the room for the tv. No complimentary water of coffee makers. Pillows were very flat. A lot of noise in the hallway from other customers early in the morning.

PROPERTIES ARE TIRED & WEARY The service and cleanliness was very good! However, the furniture and appliances are well beyond their service life. The fridge had a broken handle. The furniture showed painfully obvious wear with the main dresser sporting severely bubbled particle board around the bottom and drawers that the bottoms were soon to fall out of.
