Best of the Extenda Stays Ive stayed at most of the extenda stays in the phx area. This is my favorite. Great location, clean, affordable, and a staff that are pleasant and professional.
Good choice if you heading to Ivy Brain Tumor Ctr Great Location. Close to Ivy Brain Tumor Center.

The hotel had a good location with lots around it. It’s obviously dated. It is not the cleanest hotel I’ve ever been to. It was minimal and had the rates been less I would have expected what we got. Not horrible but I probably won’t stay again especially for the money we paid. The breakfast ran out and wasn’t refilled at it was 8:30 and went till 10:30 on the weekend.

The location of the hotel is a perfect distance from the Mayo Clinic, restaurants, and nite life. Unfortunately, the rooms can really use some upgrades. The beds are not very comfortable. The pillows are wore out and the furnishings are in bad shape. I hate that I have to request kitchenware when it should already be placed. It’s an inconvenience.
