Best of the Extenda Stays Ive stayed at most of the extenda stays in the phx area. This is my favorite. Great location, clean, affordable, and a staff that are pleasant and professional.
Needs upgrading badly. Very basic, but clean. So basic I had to ask for a hair dryer. Coffee pot, dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils are available upon request. Multiple items showed poor maintenence. Top drawer in dresser broken, cracked, chipped, and broken tiles, cheap vinyl flooring, water spigots need adjusting, no tub stopper. A convenient place to stay, but we won’t be back.

Horrible fresh smell of cigarettes. My room stunk of cigarettes. Needs new carpeting, fresh paint and a management team to enforce the no smoking rules.
