Nasty,Smelly, and Filthy Booked for 2 nights, only stayed one. Although very polite, the clerk at the desk had us waiting for 30 minutes to get checked in because the two rooms he tried giving us had issues. One smelled like fish and the other like dogs according to what seemed to be the manager. The filth is evident as you step into the elevator and only gets worse. They overbook and do not communicate well. I had two rooms reserved but had one room of people arriving before me. They arrive and are informed there is only one room on the reservation and no other rooms are available. So they freaked and got a reservation at the Sheraton for $300+/night. I arrive and express my displeasure with them shorting me a room only to find out they split my reservation into two single rooms; never telling my first room there was in fact a second room. convenient I am Patricia's Husband and went meet friends in Phoenix. Worst Experience I have every had. For the price I paid I have stayed with way better hotels. The night lady on March 16 not what I expected very unpleasant. .Came to the counter wearing apron an rubber gloves.. Seriously? . Bed bugs I checked out early. I woke up with several bug bites on my body which i can only assume were from bed bugs. I'll never stay here again.

Great location, not so great hotel Don't let the location or clean lobby fool you. I never write reviews, but I felt the need to save my fellow travelers from repeating my mistake. If you want the bare minimum in service and cleanliness, then maybe this place is for you. But it is very low-end. The hallways are filled with awful cooking smells.
