Dingy hotel near downtown Phoenix This hotel is very reasonably priced; however, it's a bit dingy and more like a motel. If you don't want to spend too much money, and you don't mind an occasional cockroach in a drawer or run down furniture, then you will be fine staying here. The staff was courteous and helped us cancel our booking for the next night as we moved to the Sheraton, which was a lot nicer!

Inpleasant Very inconvenient if you wanted ice. Even though the rooms are setup to fix some food. Nothing available to do so. Found out when checking out they were suppose to tell thongs were available if you asked. Just not a pleasant stay. Scratch this off my list

The bathroom filthy, carpets almost black with dirt.

lack of cleanliness We had never stayed at an extended stay hotel until this last weekend. They placed us in a room with a strong smell of incense sticks. This was not appealing and there was obvious signs of pets staying there. We love pets don't get me wrong, but this room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days, the floor was full of dust, trash, and lots of pet hair. Terrible hotel!! The smell was awful. The first room smelled so bad we refused to take it. In fact the whole floor smelled bad. The police where called for a domestic disturbance. I witnessed a transients stealing the breakfast items. The staff seemed to be oblivious to there surroundings.

Really poor part of town Didn't feel comfortable with all the homeless wondering around, it stated free breakfast which was a muffin and coffee. Only had 10 channels on the tv. Looked like the water from above the tub was billowing through the ceiling. The toilet was really low to the ground.

Not cleaned. Guy next door was talking entire night so I could not sleep. 10 days I stayed none came to clean my room or replace with fresh towels.

not as nice as it should have been This location has bad management and seems to be blaming everything else on one thing or the other. this type of problem should not be discussed with the customers.

Sad The pool was getting replayed had to go to central location Brenda the hotel clerk was very rude to my husband and I .I asked her what the going rate is for the today stay she replied more than you can afford. When we finally entered the room the roll out bed had dirty sheets found comdums under the bed.kichen did not have pot or pans or dinnerware my husband has to go to the front desk and deal with that rude lady again. People like that shouldn't be in customer service!!!
