Horrible. And I'm not much of a complainer. The room had a very pungent smell. On our last night there i felt sick and so did my daughter. The morning of our departure we discovered that unneath the kitchen sink it was covered in mold. Which led to our immediate check out. When brought to the attention of the service desk. The lady said "my boss will be in later, and if he thinks this issue needs attention he will give you a call." hotel is modern and clean, quiet, good neighborhood. but..........problems with reservation, credit card.....nobody ever on the desk, even if you called......coffee bar out of coffee.....no amenities in room: no hairdryer, Bible, pen, paper, coffee maker, glasses, cups, maid service

I will never stay here again, they stole my purse, my wallet, wedding rings, my truck keys a bag with clothes, my daughter beats and some jerseys. The manager never showed up, had to call the police myself. I even had to call the towed truck to take my truck to the Acura dealer for them to do keys for my truck, I rented a car to go back home and have to drive back to Arizona to go pick up my truck..will never stay there again..

Not a welcome feeling We book here because it was closed to the event. When we check in the lady in the front desk look upset. She greets us with a YES, she didn't make us feel welcome. My husband and I did not know where the room was,no information about the hotel. I work customer service and I know sometimes we all have bad days. but at the end of the day the hotel has to make you feel weIcome. We will not stay here again..

Terrible Hotel!! Horrible experience! Stayed with my family, got a room with 2 beds and a sleeper sofa. The mattress on the sleeper sofa was stained and disgusting! The bathroom was dirty with a large stain in the tub. I would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE!

Extended Stay America - no way! First room had no TV remote, then a remote was delivered but still no TV because it was not connected to a cable box, dog parking next room, asked to move into another room. Second room had no soap and shampoo, no maid cleaning up the room because of a low rate... what is low about a $160/night rate? I stayed at much better hotels for about the same money a night but those hotels know how to care about their customers! Never, ever, again will I stay at an Extended Stay America!!! Horrible!

The first room was not clean Halls dirty I felt safe, and I slept well. I enjoyed the happy sounds of children in the pool But the first room they gave me was very dirty. There was a toilet plunger left in the bathroom. When I complained they did let me change my room, but they did not apologize, it was a man a t the desk and I was surprised he did not apologize. Terrible Hotel Dirty and terrible hotel. The room smelled liked BO and had bugs. I asked to switch rooms and they stated that they could not switch rooms until after the cancelation time. The room felt dirty and was really bad shape like all they did after the last guest was make the bed. Horrible experience.
