Don’t pick this one. The staff with the exception of a couple may have been the most unfriendly staff at a hotel I have ever encountered. I asked to have my room cleaned an additional day because it smelled like mildew, they did not clean it after they said they would. This is in the center of the homeless/gay community (which is fine) but every time you exit the hotel you have oodles of homeless people or cross dressers hitting you up for money, rides, cigarettes, or anything else. Floors and counters had dirt all over them. I was put into a non smoking room that smelled like it had been smoked in for the last 10 years. The blankets and pillows and even the couch smelled like cigarette smoke. The room was so stuffy that I was having a hard time breathing. Not even as a last resort. When we got to the room it was dirty, had bugs and was not cleaned. Red liquid coming from refrigerator, standing water in washing machine, and bugs on the way and possibly the beds. I say possibly because I pulled back sheets and saw black spots a long with hairs. That's when we left.

No good No room service or maintenance people available. Will never use extended stay again.

Extended Stay = extended pain Noisy. You can hear everything through the walls. Other guests outside drinking at midnight. This is the 2nd and last time I will stay at an Extended Stay. Same problems at the other facilities. No more.

Close to all Mtgs on Centeral Check in and out of Handicapped Room, told it was standard No Handicapped room by front desk. Got checked into another room, that had a sicken order. BUT beds were comfortable it was at a good location, back door isnt accessible from outside. wished it was more cleanier and order free.

Your own chance to be a crime victim!!! Homeless stalk the lot and enter the hotel thru somewhat functioning entry doors. For a non smoking hotel to get to my floor and have the entire hallway smelling of cigarettes was disgusting. Then to get into my room to discover that the room smelled of the ozone machine trying to rid the room of smoke. Going outside to see guests hanging out open windows smoking cigarettes was expected.
