Our stay wasn’t what I hoped for 1,in the hall on the 3rd floor it smelled like a dead animal 2,the fire alarm kept going off at 6am -6:20am and again at 7am!! Not the way to wake up after a 12 hour drive with one hour of sleep

The room i reserved was not available at the site despite being available on the website. The room I was given reeked of burnt popcorn, was missing towels, curtains, soaps, cups, outlet covers, light fixtures, etc., etc. This place was horrible. The only staff who were at all helpful were the midnight shift staff. at least they tried to accommodate the guests. The room was not stocked with stuff. And if you need it you have to walk all the way to the front desk and carry it back. Was not happy with my stay there. Will not use that place ever again.

i hated the whole experience, the rooms was old and outdated. No housekeeping available only if your staying on a weekly basis. Halls smelled like pet urine and smoke along witth the drug addicts that hang around the property. NEVER AGAIN

YUUUUUUUK DINGY, OUTDATED, STOVE WAS RUSTED. NO COFFEE MAKER, NO CUPS! THOUGHT MAYBE THIS WAS A HALFWAY HOUSE OR VOUCHERS GIVEN TO RECENTLY RELEASED INMATES; SHADY PEOPLE ALL AROUND. NO LINENS IN THE ROOM FOR THE SOFA BED; WHICH WAS THE REASON WE BOOKED HERE. (MATRESS WAS STAINED IN THE SOFABED). NOT A $90 A NIGHT ROOM! STOOD AT THE FRONT DESK FOR 5 MINTUES BEFORE I WAS ACKNOWLEDGED...AND BOTH CLERKS WERE THERE! DO NOT STAY HERE! DISGUSTING!

Terrible service The lady at the front desk was extremely rude stood there almost 10 mins waitibg for someone to check us in and when she came out she didn't even acknowledge us then turned and left again and was rude when she came back.

This place is a disaster. I slept with all my clothes on. It is so disgusting and dirty. I am not a super clean nut but this was terrible. The staff was totally inept and took forever to check in despite paying everything in advance. He was so lazy, couldn't even stand up at the desk the whole time. The breakfast is a TOTAL JOKE.
