Everything was good for me. No complaints... Breakfast would be nice... but other than that I would book to stay here again when in Phoenix.

Hotel rooms are out-dated, pillows are uncomfortable, room lacks amenities (i.e., hair dryer, dishes, glasses, coffee pot). The hotel is not in a good part of town. Continental breakfast includes only coffee, oatmeal packets, packaged muffins or granola bars. The only good things - hotel is relatively cheap and staff were generally nice (albeit a bit forgetful as I had to phone twice to get a hair dryer sent to room).
