Best customer service ive exspierianced in many many years! My only choice in hotel stays

Room was nice. There were several clean yet stained towels and some pieces of hair that hadn't been cleaned in the shower. The carpeting in the hallway looked smooth but had bubbled up in several places. I almost tripped on my way to the room. Bed was extremely comfy!

You get what you pay for Check in staff was not welcoming or friendly but day staff was great. The full kitchen was not stocked with dishes, silverware, pots/pans, etc. so had to go down to pick up and the pot needed to be thrown away. Our dishwasher was broken. They offered to replace with another one but didn't want to go through the hastle. Free breakfast was individually wrapped muffins, granola bars, and coffee. Felt like a homeless shelter so not real family friendly.
