Fair Evaluation Room ,TV, climate control, cleanliness, room odor were all good. Grab and go breakfast was a joke. We had to go to the front desk to get a box that contained dishes and eating utensils, so we could prepare our own breakfast. We also had to request coffee pot and toaster, all this stuff should have already been in the room. The staff were pleasant.
none Bought food to cook but there was NO cookware, baking stuff n silverware. Had to throw food away. Kitchenettes?? Hello!!!
Bad neighborhood? Hotel was great for the price, but my truck was broken into and had something stolen out of it. No outside cameras on the hotel at all.
Good facilities. very close to restaurant for food and coffee. kindness staffs.

No wake up call. The internet stated that there would be breakfast. It was only a "come and go". Which was only an orange, muffin, and granola bar. I am a traveling professional golfer and I needed these amenities especially.

security Security issue: Left for dinner and when we came back something had me look at the window. Found the screen pushed out and on the ground and both windows unlock. Immediately checked my stuff to ensure nothing was missing. Secured the windows and reported it to the front desk. The reaction was not one of concern and I really don't know what to call it. The one lady said she wouldn't get the screen as there were rattle snakes. Really we were in the city limits of Phoenix I doubt the rattlers come in that far
Overnight in PHX Hotel worked well for an overnight on business. Breakfast was very simple - coffee and packaged muffins.
