Where I stay when in Phoenix Have stayed at this location several times and am always pleased. Great location, clean, quiet and the staff are professional and friendly.
Continental breakfast Didn't like the continental breakfast in the voter or main entrance. No where to sit.

Excellent Value The room was an excellent value. I plan to stay there again.
No value I think they are a little over priced for the amenities available. Yes, there is a tiny kitchen but the room and bathroom are very standard and nothing is in the kitchen. You have to request things. They were very quick in getting me a coffee pot, 2 plates and 2 forks. Only enough coffee for 1 cup. The breakfast is a joke. Coffee, breakfast bars, pre-packaged muffins and apples. This was the second time we stayed there and probably the last.
