Laura and Vanessa at the Front Desk were customer-friendly and made check-in and out a breeze. Wonderful smiling faces which is desperately needed this day and age in the hospitality industry. Hotel is very aged and smells like a nursing home. Room was relatively quiet but the bed and linens are similar to a Super 8 / Motel 6. The property is very nice (grass, trees, parking lot well put) and in a great part of the city, but there are also homeless people in the parking lot if that concerns you. Room was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Bathtub/shower could use some non slip added to the bottom. We have stayed here before, we will stay again. Overall, a very nice place in a good location.

Very limited coffee in the morning is considered breakfast here. Surrounding area feels Safe… Dated hallways. Housekeeping only Every 14days. 4registered guests with only 3pillows to use.

My stay No continental breakfast...cooffee was gone at 830am no one made more. Room was excellent...clean, quiet.

There was no breakfast for 7nites except for coffee. Tea. Hot choco daily. We had 3pillows yet 4of us reserved/ stayed in the room despite of repeated pillow request. Suggesting hotel to provide mop/ cleaning materials when housekeeping is scheduled every 14days only. It was eye- opening
