Spent most of my time in the Mayo Clinic. This was a medical trip. I spent a large amount of time at the Mayo Clinic.

Convenient hotel, friendly staff. Nice location. Original room was smoke filled, but was able to get another. Good staff. No room service for a 4 day stay, but able to get clean towels from pool area. Pool and spa well maintained. No eateries onsite, but close walk to good places to eat. Very safe area, convenient to airport.

Descent hotel for the price. With long term stay it was a bit smelly with all the cooking going on in the rooms.

weekend in Phoenix The alternative attendance spoiled our experience we had with the regular women that welcome us and took care on our needs perfectly.

Suited our needs Had to book a last minute hotel for our trip to Scottsdale when the family member we were supposed to stay with fell ill. The location was good for us as it was close to family and we had a car to get around, but there isn't too much in the way of shops etc., nearby. The hotel is set well off of the main road (Shea), so it was quiet in that regard.

Basic Hotel with option to make your meals Staff helpful, a bit odd. Workout room is a few aerobic machines right next to laundry, not a bad idea, but a bit minimal. Has a pool! Bed was comfortable, but fleece blanket a bit grimey. I was too tired to care, but still...This is a no frills hotel with some services that help you save money. Quiet while I was there, which is a great plus. Near a few food stores and plenty of restaurants and shops. Nice overall. A few steps above the one near old city in Scottsdale.
