Met our needs We only needed a place to sleep and cook a meal, and it met expectations. We were told on checkin cleaning was once a week, but it never happened.

Clean, a basic breakfast of muffins and coffee, free albeit slow internet, clean and efficient--what I expected from a 2*
short stay nice hotel overnight stay to see Barrett Jackson car show. Although a short stay, hotel very quiet, convenient to WEstworld, and most of all shopping.

Not happy with stay. Elevator not working (for days a guest told us) and we were on 3rd floor, was in Scottsdale to take my wife to Mayo Clinic for test's. She didn't need to walk three floors. Towels were dirty, the best part about the stay was the front desk gentleman was very helpful got clean towels and tried his best to help us.

Convenient central location in Scottsdale, AZ The stay as a whole was a pleasant and comfortable experience. The only exception we have is that room 220 at the Extended Stay in Scottsdale (the one on 69th) is listed as a smoke free room yet we had to request being moved to another room because there was a very obvious smell of stale smoke. We tried to stay in the room but after a couple of days it was just too much for two people who are non smokers.
