golfers hotel it's was okay all around . Fairly priced good location. Breakfast was weak, rooms outdated .
Love this hotel!! Loved this hotel it was very clean and very organized and loved the stuff super nice and courteous and nice about everything
Stayed on a Sunday and there was an abundance of trash overflowing the garbage receptacles. Front desk staff unavailable at times.
Carlos in PHX Room was OK. Bedding had not been changed from previous guest, sand in bed. Asked why housekeeping didn't clean room. They don't clean rooms on a multi night stay. No trash emptied, no new sheets or towels.
The hotel was clean but we would not stay there again. Unless you stay at least 7 days they do not clean your room. The rooms are bare minimum. There was only one towel and one plastic cup. We called right away for more towels and received them . But our friends requested more towels and it took 4 hours even if they went to get them at the desk it was still going to be 4 hours. Not so great on service.
Overall I would recommend this hotel It would have been helpful if the sheets and pillows for the pull out couch were in the room. We didn't receive pillows when we went down to the front desk and we were too tired to make another trip.
No breakfast! Free breakfast they advertised is coffee and granola bars. A big disappointment that required a change in scheduling.
Extended Stays are different than normal hotels Extended Stay hotels are different than normal hotels. They don't do house keeping daily, only weekly. When we checked in they were struggling to keep up with needs, and our room was not immediately ready. However, the room and facilities were acceptable, and there were nearby grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.
